Well, i'm proud to say that i managed
to make my own tiramisu - finally!
TQ to our Celebrity Chef - Chef Khalid.


Start to prepare everything once i'm home.
Quite nervous though since i know
nuts about 'kitchen stuffs'.
Gosh.

In order to start my 1st French dessert,
i went marketing with Chef Khalid to
GIANT supermarket and bought a mixer
and the ingredients for Tiramsu.
Yes, i bought a MIXER just for this project!
Everything cost me @ 76$!


Oh btw, that bloody MASCARPONE
is freaking expensive and no wonder tiramisu
is quite costly on the shelves.

Now the question is - can i make it?
Hahahahahaha..
Let's take a look at the pix below.


4 egg whites + 4 tablespoons of sugar = the snow white

can u spot my favourite potato chips?

soaked (with cold coffee) biscuits.

Add another layer of tiramisu mix on top of the biscuits.

Place it in the freezer & leave it for 30 mins.
And it's done! Sluuuurpzzz...!!

to film JUS's segment.
Our star - PINKY, the 9yrs old Penguin.

More than meets the eye

I've never been lucky enough to see a penguin
this close - so closed that she nearly shit on me.
Managed to molest & caress her body.
She's so smooth & bloody cute too.

How's your weekend y'all?
Hope it's all rite.

This week it's gonna be a busy one for me.
Well, that's not important here.

Yesterday, i had JUS segment's filming
about gardening, and i received a pot of... eer...
a plant (Bleeding Heart) & my personal challenge
is to keep it well till it blooms. Hmmmm....

Hopefully it doesn't give me any 'bleeding
in my heart'. Hehehee....

Whatever it is, my Bleeding Heart is much
